A Simple Programme for Guaranteed Strength | Leeds Strength Coach's Advice.

This simple programme is based around a three day training split and focusses on the big 3 powerlifting movements.  It accumulates volume by adding extra sets until you're ready to add weight to the bar.  Great for early-intermediate level lifters who can't PR every week any more but still want to PR once a month.

Daily volume is low, so workouts can be kept under an hour including warm-up.
