Jiu Jitsu Strength & Conditioning Workout

This workout is designed specifically for Jitsu and Judo Players.  It goes through a RAMP warm-up, a mobility mini circuit, strength circuit, plyometrics and some intergrated core work.


This framework is an absolute must for anyone in the martial arts and grappling world.
