3 Position Hang Clean & Jerks from Rack Position

Hi Folks,

 

Just a quick technique video for you.  The 3 position hang clean is useful for teaching yourself to stay close to the bar and generate power explosively from the hips.  Whilst the jerk from rack position is just a simple way to practice getting underneath the bar into a stable split position.
