Omega 3's (My Recommended Supplement)

This video looks at why I recommend Omega 3 fatty acid supplementation.  

 

Omega 3 is a natural fatty acid found in oily fish and dark green leafy vegetables.

it is supposed to be within the body in a 1:4 ratio with Omega 6, but due to general lifestyle changes we typically see this ratio at an unhealthy 1:20.
